That's right. You and us. We're a team now. We will get very close over the next few days and weeks. I'll be asking all about you and your "travel family." It may be a solo trip to find a new you, an outing with a group of friends or co-workers, or a multi-generational trip of a lifetime; but it will be planned just for you and to your exact wishes.
So you are considering a getaway? What type of experience do you want? Do you know where you want to go?
Research can be the hardest and most time consuming part of any trip. Some people love it, have everything planned and just want us to consult, book the trip and make sure they haven't made any costly errors. Others like a surprise and allow us to plan a trip that they don't even know the destination until they meet us at the airport. Most fall somewhere in the middle. What have you researched? What would you like to customize? What do you have questions about?
We'll have a chat and collect some information... Like who is in your travel family? What are their ages and birthdays? You'll be invited to have a 30-45 minute chat to solidify your thoughts and make sure we are a good fit.
If we're a fit and you authorize us to proceed, we'll go to work.
We will use all our contacts and network to assess the best availability, amenities, promotions and even things like weather and festivals to get you the best match for your experience.
We'll find the perfect location, activities and itinerary for your travel family and present a few options...

We'll make all the arrangements with our partners and you're all set. We will make any adjustments necessary to the itineraries, arrange your transfers, get a final quote, confirm your booking, forward your deposits and set up the payment schedule for you.
Your itinerary, confirmations, receipts and daily planner will all be placed in our travel app so you have me and all the information in one place. If you would prefer paper (no auto-updates), we can print out your itinerary.
